Shipping Timeframes

Pick Up:

Pick up from our Mulgrave, Vic office is optional. The address is Unit 5, 8 Anzed Court, and our hours of operation are standard business hours of Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (excluding Vic Public Holiday). If this is the chosen form of delivery, the customer will be notified when the order is ready to be picked up.

Standard Shipping:

All Handset and battery products are shipped via courier and require a signature upon receiving delivery. Free shipping products will usually be shipped via Australia Post – Express Post. The standard shipping time frame is 2-7 business days for metro regions, and 4-10 business days for rural areas. For very remote rural areas it may take up to 20 business days depending on the Courier. All orders will receive a shipping email, which will provide traceable delivery details. Standard shipping is NOT available to PO Boxes, PMB’s nor Locked Bags.

Express Shipping:

All Handset and battery products are shipped via courier and require a signature upon receiving delivery. Free shipping products will usually be shipped via Australia Post – Express Post. The Express Shipping times are usually 1-2 bussiness days for most metro regions, and usually 2-5 business days for rural areas. Though Express Shipping will usually arrive quicker than standard shipping there are NO guarantees that having an order Express Shipped will arrive within the listed time frames for rural or very remote areas. All orders will receive a shipping email, which will provide traceable delivery details. Express shipping is NOT available to PO Boxes, PMB’s nor Locked Bags

PO Box Shipping:

This Option must be chosen when shipping to a PO Box, PMB, or Locked Bag. All Handset and battery products are shipped via the courier Star Track and require a signature upon receiving delivery. Free shipping products will usually be shipped via Australia Post – Express Post. PO Box shipping usually takes 8-10 business days for most Metro areas, and 10-12 business days for rural areas. For very remote rural areas it may take up to 20 business days depending on the Courier. All orders will receive a shipping email, which will provide traceable delivery details.
