SatPhone Shop Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The promoter is SatPhone Shop Pty Ltd A.B.N No 40 099 121 276, 5/8 Anzed Court Mulgrave VIC 3170.   

Information on how to take part in this giveaway promotion and other details contained in promotional advertisements forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms.   

Entry to the Giveaway is open to residents of Australia only. A customer must be an individual and can be a company or organisation (“Eligible Customer”). Customers must be over the age of 18 years. Government employee’s making purchases on behalf of their department are excluded from the promotion. Employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of the Promoter’s contractors or agencies involved with the promotion or the immediate family of such people are ineligible for this promotion. SatPhone Shop, staff, contractors, and immediate families are ineligible for this promotion. Any entry submitted by such a person will not be accepted.   

The Giveaway commences at 9.00am on Wednesday, 12th April 2023 and closes at 11.59pm on Thursday, 4th May 2023, OR when all $250 worth of Wild Deer Hunt and Outdoors Expo Entry Tickets have been claimed, whichever comes first (“Campaign Period”).   

Entry:  To be entered into the giveaway, participants must follow the instructions via the Gleam competition page. Gleam.io is used to run the Giveaway, however, they are in no way associated with the Promoter or the Sponsor. 

The Giveaway comprises of 2 x $25 Wild Deer Hunt and Outdoors Expo Entry Tickets with a total value of $250, will be given away at random at the end of the stated dates. Five (5) customers will be selected at random that has met the promotion terms and conditions. All tickets are valid for the 2023 Wild Deer Hunt and Outdoors Expo only. These dates are non-negotiable. 

Total maximum value per ticket is $25.00. Ticket values are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice. SatPhone Shop accepts no responsibility for changes to values.   

2023 Wild Deer Hunt and Outdoors Expo Tickets are covered by the terms and conditions from Wild Deer Hunting Expo and SatPhone Shop has no say or discretion in the conditions of entry as listed by Wild Deer Hunting Expo here - https://www.deerexpo.com.au/conditions-of-entry/    

The promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift Card for another gift of similar value (to be determined by the promoter) should the gift become unavailable for any reason.   

If a Gift is unclaimed or the eligible customers are unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions the Gift Card will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.  

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from this promotion for any reason whatsoever. If the Customer details are not provided in full, or the information provided is false or misleading in any way, that entry may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be excluded from the promotion.   

The Promoter reserves the right to request customers to provide proof of identity, proof of purchase and proof of residency in order to claim a Gift Card. Proof of identification and residency considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.   

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.   

The customers agree to participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the Giveaway as requested by the Promoter by having the first name and last name initial listed on the SPS website as the winner including their suburb and state. This Giveaway is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only. In case of a dispute or challenge, SatPhone Shop’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Acceptance of prizes indemnifies SatPhone Shop management of any responsibility.   

The Customer Details that are collected:   

SatPhone Shop and its respective related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
