This fantastic purchase option allows customers to defer the initial cost of the product into a reoccurring monthly interest free repayment plan.

It is very important that you read the following information so that you understand how this repayment option works.

Telstra's Mobile Repayment Option (MRO) gives you an easy way to purchase a Telstra Mobile Satellite phone/s when you connect to any of the 12 or 24-month Telstra service plans.

Here's how it works

Simply decide to defer payment on the purchase price of your new selected Iridium phone (select MRO x 12 or 24 months) and Telstra will pay this amount upfront on your behalf.

Telstra MRO has a maximum level of $3995 per service contract, so if you select a product / package over $3995, then any amounts over will need to be paid to SatPhone Shop at time of purchase.

For example, your bundle is $4195 and you select MRO, the checkout price for the bundle will be reduced from $4195 - $3995 = $200 + any additional items and freight.

During the contract term you will need to repay the deferred amount in equal monthly interest-free installments. Your MRO repayments are in addition to your Telstra Mobile Satellite plan monthly fees and call charges. If your Telstra Mobile Satellite service is cancelled at any stage for any reason, you have to pay any remaining amounts owed under your MRO agreement in addition to any Early Termination charges on your Telstra Mobile Satellite service plan.

So that you understand exactly how this works, let us provide a small example for you:

Say you are looking to purchase a new Iridium GO! device which is priced at $1595 and you choose to take advantage of the Telstra 12 month MRO Offer. Instead of paying $1595 for the Iridium GO, you pay nothing to SatPhone Shop except any freight/accessory chargers. You then enter a 12-month contract with Telstra and agree to pay Telstra for the Iridium GO!, a monthly fee of $66.45 ($1595 divided by 12) each month plus your plan fee. If you selected the $55 plan then your minimum monthly bill would be $66.45 + $55 = $121.45 each month for 12 months plus any additional call charges.

This means when you purchase the goods you will pay $0 at checkout for the Iridium GO! device (excluding shipping charges). Once checkout has been completed, we will provide you with the appropriate Telstra application form's to sign up for the mobile repayment option. The Telstra Mobile Repayment Option (MRO) is dependent on your application being approved by Telstra.

Upon Telstra's approval you will have committed to paying:

• $66.45 per month for 12 months.
• $55 per month for 12 months. (plus any additional airtime services charges you may incur).

So in summary your minimum monthly bill will be $121.45 for 12 months plus any additional airtime service charges.

Important things to know about Mobile Repayment Options or $0 upfront purchases

• The mobile repayment option only applies to specific products that have the selectable $0 upfront option and it cannot be transferred or extended to include accessories or other purchases. Other purchases must be paid in full upfront.
• Repayment options are monthly only and the amount is fixed
• All repayment options are over either a 12-month or a 24 month period
• Your contract for the repayments are with Telstra
• Mobile repayment options do not include any airtime services these are handled by a separate subscription fee with Telstra
• Shipping and handling costs are not included.
